Fire-stop / flame arrester


Fire-stop / flame arrester_1 
As any construction material, glass must be submitted to fire reaction tests. Even though the glass is classified M0 (non combustible) or M2 for laminated with PVB (sorely inflammable), it must be tested as construction element, that is in situ with its implement system. In this case its reaction for a time being is considered according to 3 criterions : Mechanical resistance, hot gases, smokes and flame tightness, as well as thermal insulation.
